Dianne enjoys speaking with clients about their needs with regards to matters involving maintaining their provincial disability benefits (ODSP), probate, estates, and settling estate matters, trusts, guardianship, substitute decision-making, and their disability-related tax matters, tax credits (i.e. the Disability tax credit) and financial planning.
She will work with each family to identify what alternatives and options they have regarding the short-term, and long-term, goals for their family or loved ones because each client’s circumstance is different. Many of her clients return for advice at different points in their life because circumstances may change as their loved ones with conditions, impairments, or restrictions, grow older.
Dianne is originally from Calgary, Alberta. She previously sat on the board of a legal clinic in downtown Ottawa that served clients with special needs. She is also happy to participate in webinars to organizations or families that want more information on how they can help plan for the care of their loved ones with special needs. During her free time, you can find her in the office singing, or outside the office playing basketball.
